About Us

Ashley Fitzgerald

My name is Ashley Fitzgerald, I am a wife and mother of four children. I graduated from the Dr. Ida Rolf Institute, located in Boulder, Colorado. My family and I moved to the area so I could attend the institute. Our plans were to return home to Virginia and start a Rolfing practice there, but after returning back east, we decided Colorado was calling our names. Now we call Colorado home. While attending the Institute I had an opportunity to study under many talented Rolfers who were taught by some of Dr. Ida Rolf's handpicked instructors. I also had an opportunity to do a mentorship with Lisa Fairman in Helena, Montana and Neal Anderson in Loveland, Colorado. I feel that having these mentors allowed me to deepen my understanding of the Rolfing concepts and the 10 series. I am excited to be available in Brighton and I cannot wait to help clients achieve their goals in living their lives to the fullest.

Jared Fitzgerald

I became a Certified Rolfer® in 2021 after getting burnt out working as a travel nurse during COVID. I remembered the goal I had previously given up on, of having a career in bodywork. While working as a nurse certainly is rewarding, I realized that I wanted to help people live a better life, not just survive. My wife, Ashley, began to practice on me as a Rolfing® student and then as a new Rolfer® in 2019, and I began to feel better, have less pain, and was able to move my body easier than I did in my 20s, because of it. I don't want to just keep people alive. I want to make a meaningful difference that allows people to age with grace and live a happier, more fulfilling, active life.

In addition to helping adults age with dignity and to continue their active lives, I also enjoy helping babies have an easier start to life. All babies can benefit from bodywork, but especially those with oral ties (tongue, lip, cheek), torticollis, reflux, latch or feeding difficulties, constipation, chronic earache, trouble sleeping, that had a traumatic or assisted birth, don't like tummy time, or are just overall tense.

I feel like the greatest impact I can have in helping the world be a better place is by improving the health and well-being of babies. If babies feed better, sleep better, and are overall calmer, happier, and healthier, they will have a greater chance to grow up to be calmer, happier, and healthier adults. Their parents will also have less stress and frustration. If parents have less stress and frustration, they are better able to interact with their babies with more love, patience, and kindness. And the more love, patience, and kindness babies experience, the more emotionally healthy they will be as they grow up.

To support this goal, I offer a monthly free clinic for pre-crawling babies.
